From left to right, its Cynthia, Flannery, Blue, then Dawn.
As you can see there people "attacked" by Pokemon ;)

It looks good. Mind the eyes, especially those of Cynthia and Flannery. May looks great though.

All in all, just try to go for smoother lines, and don't just shade the edges, go for a more 3D approach.
